New Thermal Hybrid Weapon Sight, THWS available now.

The new THWS combines two well-known and widely used technologies. The conventional red dot sight or reflex sight and an uncooled thermal imaging camera, which superimposes the thermal image over the real image.

 

This means that objects can be easily and reliably detected even in poor and limited visibility. Thanks to the recoil-sprung Picatinny mount, the THWS can be quickly and easily mounted on all handguns with a Picatinny rail (observe the law!).

The THWS withstands a recoil of up to 1200g!

 

Thanks to the 4 different modes (Red-Dot-only, Thermal, Fusion and Outline), the THWS can be used and adapted to all temperature and lighting conditions.

 

The fusion channel offers a special feature with the "Automatic Gain Function", which emphasizes warm lenses and leaves cold ones in the background. It ensures that the user has an image that is not "crowded" and that the much warmer objects are clearly highlighted.

The reticle can be optimally adjusted for very bright environments, but also for use with conventional night vision goggles.

This gives the user a merged image from a thermal image and regular residual light intensifiers.

 

Thanks to the sensor resolution of 384x288, an effective distance of around 450m is achieved. A 50Hz fast sensor delivers a smooth image without streaking.

A digital 2x zoom and an optional, optical 3x add-on optics (magnifier) ​​with side folding function ensure a significant increase in range.

Previously, such an image always required several separate devices.

The sensor technology of the THWS comes from industrial large-scale production and thus guarantees mature technology and quick availability at an extremely moderate price.
